A sustainable future for wildlife and people
Join us for a fun-filled, fabulous fundraising day out for the family – a multi-terrain running, walking and mountain biking event, taking you from Avebury, through the Vale of Pewsey, the Avon Valley and then across the beautiful ancient landscape of Salisbury Plain finishing under the chalk kiwi at Old Carter Barracks just outside of Bulford.
We’ve got distances for the serious runner, walker and cyclist as well distances to suit all the family (dogs included).
Sarsen Trail Walk: 26 miles, 15 miles, 11 miles and 7 miles
Neolithic Marathon and Half Marathon: 26 miles and 13 miles
Neolithic 10k and 5k Run
Neolithic Bike Trail: 80km, 50km and 30km
Entry fees cover the cost of running this event and raise much needed funds for our work recreating, restoring and reconnecting habitats and landscapes throughout Wiltshire and Swindon. All profits from this event go to out Environment and Sustainability Fund which provides third-party and match-funding contributions for Landfill Tax Credits and other grant funders. This means your support can unlock additional funding for the Trust's work.
Why not ask friends, colleagues and family to sponsor you? With just £25 sponsorship from each walker, runner and cyclist, we would raise an additional £50,000 for our vital conservation work. You can set yourself up as a fundraiser or use justgiving.com.
