Corporate team days

At the Trust we run popular team builds, or challenges, for company employees (usually 200 employees per year year). We hold them on our Nature Reserves for real environmental challenges, and so you can leave a legacy for current and future generations to enjoy.

It may be building new pathways, opening up new parts of the Reserves, improving access for all including safe entry for young children or level areas for those requiring flat even surfaces, educational work, habitat management and even conservation projects.

We can offer work for small groups or large numbers (the biggest is 65 so far) over a day or several days. Whatever you need we can try and accommodate.

Several companies have tried one of these days, and want to develop a rolling program across all the company for various other employee groups to benefit.

We try and develop the day to suit your needs be they time, physical aspects or location of Reserves near you. More and more companies are either agreeing budgets for this work or matching the funds raised by employees who wish to go into this work.
