Transport and parking
The main car park for the Sarsen Trail and Neolithic Marathon is located at Stonehenge. A shuttle bus service runs from here to the main check-in points to enable participants to easily collect their cars once they have finished the trail.
We encourage participants to park at Stonehenge and take the shuttle bus to the start points at Avebury, Redhorn Hill and Charlton Clumps as this helps to reduce the impact of vehicles on the village of Avebury. Limited parking is also available at Avebury, Redhorn Hill and Charlton Clumps.
Dogs are welcome on the coaches but must be kept under control at all times.
Vehicles are parked entirely at the owners' risk.
Walk

With the exception of the 7 mile walk, the main car park is located at Stonehenge and a free coach service will take you from there to the start points. The 7 mile walk will park at Avebury (Map to be sent with registration confirmation) and there will be a free Mini Bus shuttle service from All Cannings to Avebury car park. Please note there is no parking at Avebury for walkers of other distances.
Marathon and Half Marathon
The main car park is located at Stonehenge and we strongly recommend you park there. There is very limited parking at Avebury. Free transport operates between all car parks and the run start & finish points. All vehicles parked are entirely at the owners’ risk. There are changing facilities at the start and finish but no showers. Clothing will be put in a tagged bag and transported from Avebury to Stonehenge.
Cycle

Parking is at Stonehenge. Coaches will leave Stonehenge at 08.15 to take you and your bike to the check-in and start point at Redhorn Hill. If you would like to make your own transport arrangements for you and your bike after the event, you can utilize the car park at Redhorn Hill.
