Sian Newman
Sian has worked as an education officer for the environmental and waste education (EWE) team for the past 3 years. She is affiliated with all the schools in South Wiltshire as she lives in Salisbury.
The EWE team aim to assist any school wishing to become more sustainable in areas such as waste, energy and water. They provide interactive workshops and assemblies for children, staff training opportunities, some free resources to get schools off the ground, and much more.
Previously, she worked as a Science teacher in secondary schools for 6 years after studying Environmental Biology at university.
