Morgan's Hill Conservation Tasks

Second Sunday of every month - 10am - 2pm

Come and join us for fun and rewarding days of managing our beautiful Morgan's Hill reserve. A friendly group lead by Nick Self and Tamsin Whinton. We will carry out various tasks through Autumn/Winter/Spring to keep the reserve looking lovely and encourage the wildlife to thrive. Tasks may include scrub clearance, coppicing, pathway clearance and gate installation.

What you need to bring:

  • Dress for the weather; suncream, sunhats (if we are lucky) or wellies, rain jackets hats and gloves (if we are not so lucky).
  • Always wear sturdy footwear as the reserve can be uneven in some places.
  • Bring lunch/snacks/water for yourself.

What we provide:

  • Tea, coffee, hot chocolate and plenty of buscuits to keep us going.
  • All tools and equipment needed for the task.
  • All PPE required for the task.
  • First aiders on site and first aid kit.

Meeting place:

Please meet us at the Small Grain Picnic Area car park at 10am, just north of North Wilts Golf Club, SN10 2LP.
