
Men's Wellbeing Programme
The Men's Wellbeing Programme is a new 12-week wellbeing programme for men aged 20-59. The next programmes run on Mondays and are:
3rd March 2025 - 9th June 2025: Melksham Forest
17th March 2025 - 14th July 2025: Trowbridge, evening sessions
14th July 2025 - 6th Oct 2025: Devizes (with Marlborough pickup)
10th November 2025 -16th Feb 2026 - Chippenham
More groups will run in 2026, dates and locations will be confirmed shortly.
What's In Store:
- Nature-based activities including green woodworking, practical conservation and bushcraft skills
- Confidence building
- Connection with others
- Techniques to help manage anxiety, stress and depression

It’s peaceful, things slip away into the background. You can lose yourself in what you're doing.
My life is challenging, but this session is the highlight of my week, I think about it during the rest of the week . I want to make a plan for things to do after the group ends, e.g. volunteering outdoors. I've signed up to the volunteer database.
