It’s peaceful, things slip away into the background. You can lose yourself in what you're doing.
Men's Wellbeing Participant
I was slightly hesitant at first, but I've thoroughly enjoyed all the sessions, and it's helped me think about my future. Getting out and meeting new people has been great, and it's given me a good sense of wellbeing.
Men's Wellbeing Participant
My life is challenging, but this session is the highlight of my week. I want to make a plan for things to do after the group ends, e.g. volunteering outdoors, so I've signed up to the volunteer database.
