Langford Lakes offers 5 registered wedding venues to help make your perfect day. Civil ceremonies, receptions and split ceremonies are all possible, giving you unrivalled choice of indoor and outdoor settings. Whatever the weather on your chosen day, we can help make it special.

  • Brockbank Centre

Featuring large glass windows overlooking Long Pond this recently renovated multi-purpose space can cater for up to 100 people for ceremonies and 80 for sit down receptions

  • Kingfisher Veranda

Featuring stunning views over Long Pond this covered veranda caters for up to 50 people for outdoor ceremonies with receptions afterwards normally taking place in the Brockbank Centre.

  • Squirrel Loft

For small ceremonies of up to 20 people, the loft is mainly used for the formal element of a split or combination ceremony with the informal part taking place anywhere you choose on the nature reserve that doesn’t adversely affect wildlife

  • Swan Lake

Surrounded by nature with glimpses of the lake through the trees this covered circular space shelters up to 40 people for a ceremony with the option of a reception back at the Brockbank Centre

  • Otter Brook

Close to both a small stream and Long Pond, this s lightly smaller square space shelters up to 30 people for ceremonies – again receptions can take place back at the Brockbank Centre

Prices do not include registrar fees which typically cost between £440-500 from Wiltshire Council and between £600-645 for split/combination ceremonies. There is adequate parking on site for most events and there is an option to use a local field for overflow parking, weather permitting.

Catering and other wedding services:

We offer a 3-course or a 5-course meal depending on your package chosen, prepared, and cooked by our resident Chef Sam Webb. We can create a bespoke menu for your wedding, please email [email protected] to see a sample menu.

Given our natural setting we do many things slightly differently to a traditional wedding venue and can recommend photographers, florists, musicians, ring-makers and celebrants whose work both minimises waste and uses local produce where possible.  Again – just ask!

After your reception and wedding breakfast the Brockbank Centre can be used for onward celebration, music and dancing until 11pm. Subject to availability the local Village Hall, at walking distance from the nature reserve, can be used for later or louder events so that the wildlife at the Lakes can relax as normal. Silent discos are an option if you would like to remain at the Brockbank Centre until midnight.

Terms and Conditions:

Full terms and conditions are provided at booking stage but the essentials are:

  • 25% deposit at booking of an event, 50% at 60 days before and the balance not later than 14 days before the event.
  • Clients are responsible for booking the date and time of their civil ceremony or partnership with the Registrar and making all payments due to the Registrar for conducting the ceremony.
  • If cancellation is received less than 60 days before the event date then 50% of the balance of the hire charge shall be payable. If received less than 30 days before then 80% of the balance shall be payable.
  • All charges exclude VAT
