Why not come and use our Visitor Reference Library at Lower Moor Nature Reserve. Some of you may have already been inside the Visitor Centre (by the main car park) and noticed the wooden bookcase. This of course is our Visitor Reference Library and is available for use whenever the Visitor Centre is open and not in prior use. The centre is staffed on an ad-hoc basis so if you are planning on visiting, please check first.

The library is of course free to use with no details required by us. We do ask however that all visitors kindly return any resources after their use before leaving the centre and if you have enjoyed any of the resources, please feel free to make a donation.

The library has a variety of books, magazines and journals covering a range of subjects including photography and bird-watching. There are also a few plant and wildlife guides to aid identification.
