Karis is a Bristol based yoga and natural wellbeing teacher. Yoga styles taught vary from a power vinyasa flow to restorative classes and yoga for families and children. Alongside yoga Karis teaches forest school and wilderness skills as well as food growing and healthy cooking.

Karis took her initial training in response to the needs of the community she was working in at the time, where she came across many frazzled people in need of an activity which would make space in their minds and give suppleness to stiff bodies.
As a teacher Karis seeks to create a friendly environment where people feel empowered. Viewing a yoga class as a space where people take time to breath, connect and find release. She believes that these tools are essential so that people feel good about themselves and have ownership of their lives, going into the world as their own best version of themselves, spreading kindness amongst everyone.
