Starting near Bulford, our Neolithic Bike Trail is a circular route-

across the spectacular Salisbury Plain landscape between Old Carter Barracks and Redhorn Hill- grass, mud, gravel, dust, you name it, we've got it!

The event starts and finishes at Old Carter Barracks near Bulford. The Bike Trail is part of our annual Sarsen Trail and Neolithic Marathon event and includes walkers, runners and dogs as well as cyclists.

Two routes suitable for all cyclists are available- 30K and 50K. All children under 16's MUST be accompanied by an adult. Choose your distance(s) on the day.

This is not a competition and times are recorded for your own personal satisfaction. All participants will receive a medal and a refreshment pack upon completion of their chosen route.

We have unique access to Salisbury Plain for this event. Due to military activities, unexploded ordnance and the presence of nesting curlews, we do not have the detailed route until the week before the event.

Please be aware that if you are on the route after 11.00am you may meet runners and walkers who are also taking part in our event, so please ride with caution.

How you are helping Wiltshire Wildlife Trust

Entry fees cover the cost of running this event and raise much-needed funds for our work recreating, restoring and reconnecting habitats and landscapes throughout Wiltshire and Swindon. All profits from this event go to our Environment and Sustainability Fund which provides third-party and match-funding contributions for Landfill Tax Credits and other grant funders. This means your support can unlock additional funding for the Trust's work.

So to help give that little extra, make a fundraiser page on our website and get your family and friends to sponsor you to do the Neolithic Bike Trail; because just £25 from each runner, walker and cyclist we could raise £50,000 for our vital conservation work.

We look forward to seeing you BIKE IT - ENJOY IT!
