Jane Launchbury, an experienced artist and illustrator, will lead a 'walking artists' workshop, hosted by Wiltshire Wildife Trusts' Wild Connections project. You will be introduced to sketching to capture the essence, movement and energy of the natural world.

Where: Lakeside visitor centre, Langford Lakes, near Salisbury, SP3 4PA

Time: 11.00am - 2.00pm

Details: Suitable for beginners and experienced artists, please bring a sketchbook and pencils. You are also welcome to bring a small box of watercolours if you like to paint. Please wear clothing suitable for the day, including outdoors and bring a picnic lunch. If you have a smart phone or tablet you may like to take extra reference pictures. You are welcome to bring a portable folding chair if you wish. 

We will walk around the reserve stopping in various places to capture nature in our notepads. The workshop will still go ahead if it is raining or windy, using indoor space, although we would still hope to take a short walk.

Cost: Free but please book as space is limited.
