The Trust is looking for a motivated self-starter to lead, develop and manage the dynamic Fundraising & Communications team.  As Head of Fundraising & Communications you will be responsible for extensive income generation activities as well as the marketing and communications strategy for Wiltshire Wildlife Trust.  

Growing the Trust’s financial resources; increasing membership, legacy and in memory donations, and fundraising activities, is your key objective, in conjunction with raising the Trust’s profile across Wiltshire and the UK  You will lead on the development and delivery of a three year integrated Fundraising, Marketing and Communication strategy, while providing support and guidance to your team to ensure all opportunities are maximised. 

Your ability and understanding of success in recruiting, retaining and increasing members is key. You will bring new insights, techniques and breadth to our income generation and consequently will develop a stronger and more diverse membership base for the organisation.

An excellent networker and motivator, ideally from the charitable sector, with the ability to build good relationships with key funders, stakeholders and partner organisations, including regional and national Wildlife Trust staff.   You will be a positive and pivotal member of the Senior Leadership Team, reporting and supporting the Chief Executive directly with the management and delivery of the Trust's Strategic Plan.
