Youth Education and Wellbeing Team Administrator

Reports to:        Head of Youth Education and Wellbeing Team (YEW Team)

Salary:                 £8,790.83 per annum (£12.58 per hour increasing to £12.71 in April 2026)

Contract:            Permanent Term Time (40 weeks)

Hours:                 15 hours per week (Monday to Wednesday 09.30am – 2.30pm)

Based at:            Elm Tree Court, Devizes with the possibility of some occasional home working

Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is a leading conservation charity in the UK and has an excellent reputation for the development of ‘green prescriptions’, working to improve people’s wellbeing through engagement with the natural environment. This work is the basis of our alternative education provision and has proved successful and popular with a wide range of referrers, students and their carers. In addition, we also deliver a wide range of activities for schools and work with partner organisations to build a love of nature in children and young people across Wiltshire and Swindon. This has been so successful we are now looking for an administrator to support this work and help ensure both the teams and our referrers and partners have all they need to make the work a success.

You will be based in the Wildlife Trust’s HQ in Devizes and will work closely with the Head of Youth Education and Wellbeing and team leaders. You will play a vital role in keeping records up to date, supporting the paperwork and processes that enable us to work with a wide range of children and young people throughout Wiltshire. You will a key part of the team and your work will help all of our delivery.

You will need to have excellent attention to detail and be confident with Word, Excel and Outlook. You will also be a first point of contact for queries, so you will need to enjoy chatting to people about our work and passing on information as needed. Wiltshire Wildlife Trust is a national leader in this area of work and you will be a vital part of that.
