Become a Looker

Lookers are people who walk around our reserves and count sheep/cattle, ensuring they are stood up right and checking troughs to ensure they have enough water.

We are currently in need to find for Lookers for Morgan's Hill, Calne and Ham Hill, Hungerford.

Morgan's Hill- We have sheep or cattle on/or near this site. Most days throughout the year and we are looking for people who enjoy visiting this site to become part of a rota (currently looking for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday). Visits can be made at any time of day and occasional emails will be sent out updating cattle and sheep numbers and location from WWT.

Ham Hill-A small remote reserve where we currently have 6 herdwick sheep and are seeking lookers for at least the next 6 - 8 weeks. Some cover is already provided but we are seeking to expand the number of lookers on the site. This is a great opportunity to explore of our less visited Nature Reserves and discover just what a gem this really is.

Some training will be provided.
