Sales Team Leader (Membership Recruiting) Sales Team Leader (Membership Recruiting): Full time; permanent For: South West Wildlife Fundraising Limited (‘SWWFL’) Salary: £22K per annum pro-rated, paid monthly; OTE £28K Based: From home to cover three Wildlife Trusts in Dorset, Wiltshire and Hampshire/IoW SWWFL is a successful, growing organisation (over 200% in 4 years) which recruits new members for its 8 owning Wildlife Trust charities. We gain these members via good quality venues (such as retail stores, garden centres, tourist attractions, markets), corporate locations & events booked by our specialist central Venues Team. The Sales Team Leader role represents a new, important addition to our team to ensure that we can deliver the support and sales expertise to ensure target achievement. Responsibilities: Undertake sales team management functions including training, coaching & developing new & existing staff in classroom and field situations (3 days/wk) Deliver personal sales target as membership recruiter (2 days/wk) Each Team Leader will support one of the two sub-regions consisting of 3/4 Wildlife Trusts. Requirements: Confident, mature & flexible sales Team Leader who is used to working across different sales activities and geographical locations. Experienced direct sales, fundraising or F2F / venue channel manager or ready to take the next step into management Track record of personal sales and sales training / coaching & development Rewards: £28K OTE; laptop & mobile; travel mileage allowance, 20 days annual leave (rising to 25 days) + bank hols, plus pension.
