Denise Plummer

Denise is a trustee of Wiltshire Wildlife Trust with a responsibility for Safeguarding and is the chairperson for a new Sustainability committee.

Denise is specialised in dairying and has worked at the MMB Veterinary Research Unit. For 45 years she has lived on a dairy and arable farm in North Wiltshire. She has held voluntary positions with many organisations in the county, including on an environmental committee with the NFU. Denise works at a farm visitor centre, especially connecting school children and the public with farming and the countryside. She has been involved with all the Wiltshire AONBs and she is a member of the MDNIP. Denise also sat on a WWT steering group formulating the original "BAP ".

Denise loves all aspects of the countryside, flora and fauna, walking and taking photos of anything from a tiny insect to a large tree.
